Jay I am sorry to say this may never happen again -
It happened right under your nose in the State of Tennessee! The "banjo picking harmonica playing rodbuilders made 100 pounds of the dreaded boudin vanish is the wink of an eye" - The Ate The Entire Batch! Take a look at some of rodbuildings past in the following link: [rodbuilding.org] Re: More

That is one very impressive list of exhibitors lined up for the Expo.
The only problem is figuring out how to divide my time between the seminars and all the suppliers. Maybe this year I'll wear inline skates. As for the food issue... the diner a few blocks to the left when you leave the Best Western offers very good food at incredibly reasonable prices. I found the food served at the atrium concession enjoyable and inexpensive. Far better, in my estimation, than that served at the Charlotte Convention Center. For some years I served as night manager of my late father's 24 hour coffee shop across the street from the World Trade Center in Manhattan. Therefore I have a pretty critical eye when it comes to commercial food establishments. I know I'll be enjoying good dining options at this year's Expo as in the past. Re: More

I would have to say the best food at the Expo last year was served at the NERBS booth - Dan Matsukas's smoked salmon! It was delicious!
