Does anyone know where I can get a 8ft. gaff handle? I bought a 66" from mudhole but that"s the longest they have. I'll be at the Expo if anyone has one.

I used a soild glass 100# blank 3 years ago and it is standing up well. I use it for halibut, rock fish and salmon.
Works great. Just a note i used the same blank for a harpoon and it also works great.

Calstar has one. However, if you build an 8' gaff plus the head, and happen to hook an IGFA record, it will be disqualified. 8' max including head it all that is allowed. Just be careful.

You could always trim it.

Keith,
I have one in stock. Do you want me to bring it to the show?

OK. I will be at the fishstix / rod dancer / Angler's Envy Booth. Cash / check will be best or if you have a paypal account, that would work also.

Kevin
