I am doing a weave where I made a small mistake and need to color some white threads to black. Is there a marker I can use that will be acceptable to use cp and epoxy on it afterwards? Re: markers

Just guessing maybe a sharpie black permanent market would withstand CP and epoxy. For small patches anyway. Re: markers

Black ink from an ink jet printer maybe???
You'll probably want to do some testing for colorfastness before you put anything on your weave. Good luck. Re: markers

Get a black, fabric coloring pen from a sewing store. They are color fast and will be OK to cover with CP. Re: markers

If you use a sharpie or any ink type pen, be careful because the ink will leach out from the pen and possibly color more threads than wanted.
I have used sharpies to color underwrap scrapes when repairing guides, this saves alot of time redoing a underwrap that will be covered with a guide wrap anyway. Good Luck, Jeff Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
