Creating Decals

I know some of the sponsors of the board make decals for customers, but do they also help with creating the artwork? I don't have Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw and don't want to buy it for 1 design. I use Gimp. It is open source (free) and is very powerful.

paint.net is a simple, freeware utility too

You can not go wrong with Jimi at Southern Graphics. He did my logo design, was very reasonable and fast.
