I have been looking for some EVA butt caps with an id of .875 for some handles that I picked up at ICRBE. Most handles came with caps but a few didn't, anyone know of a source? Thanks in Advance!

Jeff -- Just as a idea. If the grips have a recessed tenon on the end, you can cut that off and then build up the end of the rod blank with mesh tape or a graphite arbor to accomodate the inside of a particular EVA butt cap that you like. If I went that direction, I would just make sure the outside of the butt cap purchased was close or matches the outside diameter of the grip being used.

Here is what I am looking for [www.rodbuilding.org]. I like the bigger size on tenon when fitting the cork to bigger rod blanks. also would like to use on some carbon fiber grips that I am making.

Jeff -- That is our part number ECC 22 at Mud Hole. I just went and checked the I.D. of the ECC 22 and what we have listed on our web-site and catalog of the 1" I.D. is not correct. The cap has the inside diameter you are needing.
