No, is a technique where you use white gift tissue paper and silver tissue paper above or below to give a shinny look to whatever you print on the white tissue. I did a search but came out empty. I goggle it but I cannot open some of the pages that have information. I hope the explanation help.

If you search on some of the lure building sites, you will see that they use that tech a lot to add fin details and the like over foil. Take tissue paper like they use in shirt boxes and tape it to a regular piece of paper. After printing your pattern detach the tissue and epoxy it. Looks good over light colors as well as foil. The advantage of tissue over water slide decals is questionable. You can do a complete photo print on the side of a crankbait.
