I need a couple metal rings that will fit on between the grip and a #16 fuji ACS reel seat. I really can't wait to order from the Matagi site so I am looking for someone on the left who may stock them.

Batson has and sells some really sharp looking trim rings. Don't know if they will fit into what you are looking for but worth a try.
I suggest looking on their site and if you find what will work. Link to their dealer page to see a place to purchase, I now that Fishsticks4U and Swampland are two of them.

Thanks to Steve and Ron I have looked through the sponsors sites pretty well before posting and what I really need is not a winding check but one that is 1.070" OD 0.910" ID in gold and another in 1.105" OD and 0.995" silver. The IDs are less important. ALPS makes one as does Matagi but I just cant seem to find anyone with them on hand.

Jan's Netcraft has them called "rear trim rings". The ones I have used fit perfectly.

The new Fuji trim rings are absolutey a perfect fit to Fuji and Castaway Seats. The come in gold, silver and red.. I just recieved a complete stock from for use with split grips. The Batson's are quite nice and can be used to trim out a rod with perfect fit if you are using a foregrip. All are sized in mm ID. If your blank does not match the ID 00, A B thread is normall all that is needed for internal fit.

Swampland also has matching silver rings to fit the tenon to seat and butt cap to rear piece of split grip.

I will try to get a photo up in the next hour or so.

The onbly problem I have at present is that a complete stock of all sizes is required to insure you have the right one for each position.

YOu could have just ordered them form Matagi, when he ships it gets here faster than when other's ship from my own state - usually 3 days sinec he sends it EMS, and it comes via USPS. HE just shipped me another order Wednesday, a dozen painted seats, 50 trim rings & winding checks, other assorted cxandy gotta love it.

Bill, what is the diameter of those rings?

I need a trim ring to fit better on the back of a Fuji ACS seat. I have three different makes of casting seats. I measured 9 different seats and these are the average height and width at the back of the seat.

Fuji ACS – 27.70mm high x 28.10mm wide
Castaway – 27.27mm high x 26.31mm wide
Fuji ECSM – 27.12mm high x 26.65mm wide

I have two seat trim rings - one is a Batson that measures 26.88mm in diameter. The other is a Mud Hole which measure even smaller at 26.41mm. Both of these look out of place on an ACS seat.
It would be great if someone could let us know of a ring that’s a closer fit. Something close to 28mm would be perfect. I could use one on my ARB entry rod.

Okay, I just came up with an emergency solution. The only casting seat I had in 11.5mm was an ACS. Not my favorite seat, but I forgot to order 11.5's last time so here I sit with a project that I want to get out the door. I took the 11.5mm ACS and chucked it in the lath and parted off about 3/16". Now my trim rings fit.
