Matagi products

Hey all, Have a question on buying matagi products. I'm a hobby builder, meaning I build for myself and friends, and for my next project I want one of thier handle kits. On matagi's website it says for us customers contact merrick tackle, but merick is a wholesaler. amity harbor can get them but they seem to have a pretty good mark up meaning on matagi's web site when you convert the yen to dollars price is around $ 78 but amity / merick wants over $100. So I guess my question is can I call Matagi and order right from them or not, and if not does anyone else carry what I want (GK-CIPS-SD4) gunmetal painted seat, gold locknut, silver trimrings. Sorry for the long post any help is appreciated.

You'd have to call them and ask, but I was under the impression that the Mud Hole anodized winding checks and colored reel seats are Matagi products manufactured for Mud Hole. But I'm not certain - better to call and ask.

At one time Billy Vivona was able to obtain some Matagi product, I think.

Hey Tom, thanks for the response. mud hole doesn't carry exactly what I'm looking for, matagi is the only one that makes this specific foregrip and Id rather not buy a couple differant grip setups and have to cannabilize.

I order from Matagi every 6-8 weeks. I just put an order in with him Tuesday, if ther eis something you need let me know ASAP and I will add it to my order. I usually order painted reel seats, winding checks for teh front of the grip as well as the reel seat, and Fuji Titanium guide and tops which are not avaialble in certain sizes or styles here in teh US.
