It ended up being a much larger volume than I had originally intended, consisting of nearly 80 pages total. There are 16 chapters in all.

I am having 250 copies produced. They will be offered here first and are available by mail order only for the time being. Are these just reprints of past rm articles put into one reference? I understand much of this has been discussed in articles but is this both new and past material?

The technique is applicable to any rod type and harkens back to the days when all rods were made from materials such as Western Red Cedar.

Thanks for clarifying that. I'm just wondering if it is possible for U.S.-based online retailers to sell the magazine and your CDs on a per issue basis. You know, so that you personally don't have to deal with shipping to outside the U.S. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for the magazine/CD plus shipping.

Yes they can. Anyone can buy the magazine and resell it if they wish, but that's something you'll have to contact the dealers about.

Tom is it a paper copy, Actual magazine or on CD? I ordered it already, But would prefer an actual hard copy

For hard copies I would have to offset the printing set up so those would run you about $100 each. I don't think the market is there for something that steep, thus the CD version. A single magazine issue costs me about $35,000 while doing this on CD is just a fraction of that amount.
