There are a lot of good ideas here. Thanks for asking.
Love Marks idea of the long crappie rods. ERN and AA would be a good addition to the blanks. Kyle Robinson Re: Question: Blank Wish List

Robert was spot on for Bass rods, the market is moving to longer and longer rods. Colors are nice for some, but please keep at least the option of bare blanks, that will save me a step of having to strip new blanks. Re: Question: Blank Wish List

Don't do away with the shorter rods. Not everyone fishs standing up and throwing the bait as far as they can. The Blue Ribbon Smallmouth streams in Arkansas are small creeks--- Crooked Creek, Richland Creek and the Buffalo must be floated in canoe, john boats or kayak. A lot of the fishing requires 6' max length rods in varying powers, depending on your style & selection of baits. Being able to place a bait inside a 6 inch circle about 25 to 30 feet away is what is required. I had a difficult time finding off the shelf rods for this type of fishing, so started making them myself. Great fun!! But a lot of the Blank mfg don't make very many that fit those specifications. More multi-piece travel rods. The amtac 7 foot three piece rods would be great if they were 9'3" four piece rods. Maybe a 8' four piece popping rod would be handy. Re: Question: Blank Wish List

Multi-piece rods across a greater range, from UL spinning to heavy stuff. Also, more UL popping blanks. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
