threadless micro's

Anyone else have practical experience with threadless micro's - how are they holding up for you, and any tips or maybe "threadless" fixturing ideas, etc you might be able to share to aid in the assembly process?

They hold up fine. They offer a different "look" for the most part, that's all.

It would be a wash, pretty much. The weight of several coats of thickened PG versus a layer of thread and a couple regular coats of PG are going to weigh about the same.
