All Star blank question...

A friend recently acquired an All Star blank that I will use to assemble a rod for him. From what I can gather, it is a blank from before the Shakespeare takeover. Does anyone know of a source or database that will help me identify it. It was not labeled. It is a gun metal blue (very dark blue with a grayish tint). Thanks.

Do a google search on "mudhole allstar blanks". Sometimes an old catalogue page can still be found by the search and it might have the data you're looling for. Re: All Star blank question...

The All Stars I've built had a written part number a few inches up from the butt I think. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
