urethan foam

Just out of cureosity isnt the expanding insulation foam that comes in a can urethane foam?Could this be used to make handles?I know that it is hard as a rock when it hardends.

yes it is .......more spendy though & I think it is less dense.

That's not a 2-part product and isn't quite the same thing. I tried some a few years back and got very disappointing results. You might play around with it and get something that will work, but I didn't find it to have the properties I desired for my grip cores.
