I am trying to figure the location of choker guide on first build. I understand in, ft, yds but mm i get a little lost. I will list what i have now and hope someone advise if i am on the right path.

1) 42mm diameter of reel spool.
2) 42 x 27 =1134
3) 1134 / 25.400= 44.6 ins.
4) I used 25.400mm from conversion chart for 1 in.

Am i in the ball park or in left field.
Thanks.

You're in the ballpark, but why not just dump the inches altogether - you don't need them. Just put the choker guide 1134mm (or... 113.4cm or 11.34dm) past the reel spool face.

But yes, if you convert to inches it would be 44.6 inches.
