Kudos to Hook & Hackle

I have now been building fly rods for 5 years, having purchased my first kit from Hook & Hackle (one of this bulletin board’s sponsors) in October 2001. At times I have probably been a pest, but Bob, and now Ron, have continued to provided me with valuable assistance over the years, and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank them for all their help.

I am very loyal, and for the past 5 years I have purchased almost exclusively from Hook & Hackle, due primarily to their exceptional customer service. That loyalty continues.

Thanks for everything, and here is to many more years.

Al

I'm sure they're great people to deal with, but weren't they just sold and under new management as of this past year?

I order from the UK, and H&H are my number one choice, yes, in the last year. I have had no problems and they have always supplied quality components at exceptional prices
