Just curious - are the St. Croix Triumph rod blanks available to purchase? If so, who caries them?
Thanks G Re: st. croix triumph

That's what I've been hearing. I've heard they are manufactured in China and are therefor offered at a lower price. In other words, I was hoping to get the sc2 at a lower price. Re: st. croix triumph

Contact St. Croix and ask for a list of their dealers. Many of the sponsors to the left sell St. Croix blanks and they can certainly get you, if they don't already have them, The new SCII blanks.

Many listings of St. Croix blanks have the factory rod crossover numbers listed with the individual blanks. I know Mud Hole has this. If you can find out the factory rod model number, you can look that up and see what blank they used. Very useful.

It could be that I was not give the correct information, but I was given to understand that the Triumph rods were built on SCII blanks. The blanks are shipped to China, assembled, and returned to the states for sale. I could be wrong, that is the impression under which I have been laboring.
Tight lines, Hunter Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
