I went looking for Fixatif today, but was unable to find it. What I did find was an ultra clear acrylic finish. Does anybody know if this Acrylic finish will work in place of fixatif?
Thanks in advance for your help. Re: Signed blank / Fixatif ?

If you are talking about coating decals or a signature color preserver will work fine. Re: Signed blank / Fixatif ?

Like Bill said, CP works fine, unless you use a GEL PEN. The first time I used CP on a GEL PEN signature, I meared it all the way to Albany and back. Gel pen ink never dries. I used a clear acrylic enamal next time, worked like a charm. It was not "Fixatiff". Re: Signed blank / Fixatif ?

If you take a hair dryer and go over the gel pen several times to dry it, then you can put CP on it without it smearing. Re: Signed blank / Fixatif ?

It can also be labeled as Artists Spray Fix.
Fixitaf may be a product name for a particular brand. ....................... Better to have and not need than to need and not have. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
