I had a huge thread on here about the 1st wrapper I was going to buy, and should I or shouldn't I get electric. I spent $54.00 and got a hand wrapper, and I see no way in why at this time I should have anything better. I went over to a rodbuilders house, (Ellis M.) and tried his. I am just not ready for it. I am very glad that I bought just a hand wrapper...maybe my opinion will change in 6 months but for now working on inshore rods, with size A thread that is plenty fast enough! Re: Rod wrappers.

I have been using a home made wrapper for years but now I am retired and I bought the OEM Flexcoat wrapper. Got it about three weeks ago and just love it........Flexcoat doesn't pay me but their product are pretty good......... Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
