I'm in DIRE need of a U8 Struble cocbolo reel seat ASAP. Most of the sponsors are out of this item, and I need one by Thursday. Do any of you builders or other sponsors have one on hand? I'm in Columbus Ohio. Please contact me if you do.

On another note, I've recently seen a few posts about trouble with epoxy not coming out level on the decal/inscription section of the rod. I was havingthis problem EVERY time I was applying until I lowered the temp in my drying room. I used to keep my drying room at 78 degrees so the epoxy would cure a little bit more quickly. It was very difficult for me to get nice, level epoxy on my wraps and couldn't figure out why... The last 5 times I've applied the epoxy (same stuff from same bottles), I've let it set on the turner with the room temp at 70 degrees. They have come out level every time since then. Might just be dumb luck, but it can be something you try next time you're having that problem...

Hi John! I think we've got a couple Forecast BUL5 seats in stock with Cocobolo inserts--they're a brass seat plated with your choice of a nickel-silver finish, light titanium carbide (LTC or TiCh) finish, or dark ti finish. The seat itself is nearly identical to the Struble in terms of design, and the inserts are fantastic quality. Our US distribution center is in VA, so we'd have NO problem getting it to you in time if you're interested. Thanks for the responses, guys. I do however, need the Struble with cocobolo insert. I have a few others that are close (Forecatss and Rainshadows) but my customer has ordered 3 rpds from me in thr past and it's very important to him that all his rods match exactly. I've been calling around for over a week now, but nobody seems to have one in stock with the cocobolo insert. Must be a popular one!!! I'll keep looking for 1 more day before I consider other options. Thanks for your responses. I appreciate the effort.
