Has anyone tried painting EVA grips? If so what paint would you recommend using?
Thanks

I don't think the paint soaks in. Any tear will look bad. I's also assume the pain twould crack, peel, flake. Never tried, I'm just guessing, why not buy it i a color close enough to what you want?

I'm sure the type of paint would make some difference, but I'm thinking of the rental rods you might find on party boats. The landings often paint the grips for the purpose of quick indentification, which makes the grips feel more like plastic than foam and, as Billy says, looks pretty tacky after 5 minutes of use.

If the grips are not too dark already (like black) maybe a liquid dye will work?
