Thank you Cindy. I think I may try to take some of my pictures on a lower setting, this way they will come up a little faster. Learning how to put this together is like learning new software and I am not literate when it comes to that. Re: New Site

Bill, I e-mailed you but it got kicked back "user unknown" so I'll just post it here Did you change e-mail addresses?? Looking pretty good! I would make your links into buttons though, instead of using the actual link address. Take Cindy up on her offer of help. That's what she does. Check out her web site www.harlowgraphics.com She's good and has excellant prices!! Mike barkley Re: New Site

Bill, I agree with Cindy about picture optimization... I took 3 photos from your main page and treated them in the way I usually do. They appeared to "weigh" at least 10 times less after optimization. If you want, you can take them here: www.spin-review.ru/eng/SomeHandles.jpg www.spin-review.ru/eng/GuidesandWraps.jpg www.spin-review.ru/eng/SunsetFlorida.jpg P.S. Just for any case... I wasn't about to "steal" your photos, just tried to help you a bit with them. If you want, I can do the same with all other on your site, it doesn't take much time Pavel Re: New Site

Pavel; Not sure of the ones I will use? I was checking out my camera and found out it was set on almost the highest pixel setting. I usually let the cameria set itself. I reset it to the lowest " I guess that's good? " and will retake any for the site. This way they will load faster. Also got to take them outside, better light " it's cold out there! " Your right Putter this place is great. If it goes down any time -- look for a lot of Addicts complaining Got about 20 sites on my favorites -- so many choices Re: New Site

Hi Bill, What you might want to do is make a "thumbnail" of your pix and link it to the full sizes pix. That way it will load quickly. Mike Re: New Site

Bill, Mike has an idea there, the thumbnail thing. If you would like I can send you a snippet of coding that will do a "popup" style picture or even allow a larger photo to load on the same page out to the side of the thumbnail. Cindy Re: New Site

Cindy; I would not know what to do with that coding? I can build you a car, motorcycle, fishing rod, but am not great on computers. I just point and click. I am finding that the lowest or even next to lowest settings on my camera work good. Then adjust a little. That pop up sounds interesting. Thanks for all the help guys and gals Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
