Hello All, Thanks for the help in identifying the REC guides on the new GLX rods. Next question is do any of our sponsors distribute for REC or do we purchase directly from them. I like to keep all my eggs in one basket if at all possible. Re: REC components question

I was wondering also, where can a builder buy these components wholesale? Re: REC components question

OK, let´s see ... REC is a sponsor AND sells components wholesale. Also, You can buy your "particular" order for your current proyect. I hope this helps You find the right "basket". Re: REC components question

As Adolfito said you can but direct from REC wholesale or retail, I thought not also for some time. Re: REC components question

I used to buy from REC retail. Now we have a wholesale account and I buy wholesale. You have to open the account to buy at that level. Does this clarify it for you? Dave Re: REC components question

Last I checked, REC requires a minimum stocking order for their wholesale discounts, much like the rest of the major manufacturers. You can buy REC from Angler's workshop and Merrick both. What they have in stock at any given time may be small, so call to see availability, but both handle REC. Thanks, Rick Re: REC components question

Rick, Thank you very much. That is what I was looking for. I thought there was a minimum purchase requirement and last I checked it was way more than I needed to stock. I could buy from REC at retail but why, when I purchase my all components wholesale from a few other sponsors. so when I do order it all comes in at one time, thus one shipping fee to add in. SO I thought I would ask the question here since REC will not respond to my emails. I guess I rely too much on internet instead of the telephone!!!! Re: REC components question

REC should answer their email. I bought from them last year. At that time I think the policy was a $5.00 ordering fee for orders under $50. The stuff came pretty quickly, which historically has been another problem with REC. Maybe they have it fixed now. Re: REC components question

Mark, It appears you do not have the correct address to send an email to REC as I handle all emails which are answered same day and mostly within the hour except for weekends of course. Email me directly at custserv@REC.com. If you do not receive a reply our server is down. As soon as we are on line again, you will receive an answer. If for some reason you do not receive an answer, call me toll free at (877) 339-7894. Ask for Dan. (8:30-5:0p.m. M-F) eastern time. Regards, Dan Lanier/REC Re: REC components question
