Tim, There is really no need to put CP over waterslide decals. Also all our vinyl should not need it. Some prefer to do the CP thing because other Vinyl products sold by others use a poor adhesive and therefore need it. Other use it our of because "I have always done it that way" Give me a shout if you need anything else.

Doug, When Decal Connection opened its doors back in the mid 90's, we did use some alps printers at the time. Of course we not longer do that, but to the best of my knowledge, the only difference the 4000 has over the other models is the scanning properties. The cartridges are all the same for the 1000,4000, 5000. I talked to Alps techs a lot back then. Hope this helps

Yes Bill I am watching and drinking coffee but I am listening to Michael Cleavland ( he knows he can kick some rear on the fiddle). Alison does slip in now and then. I do test many ways of applying decals, (both waterslide and Peel n Stick) but some of the results I can not comment on until every part of the process has been completed. I am waiting on a new rod dryer motor to comple

We at Decal Connection deal with this topic everyday. We cannot reproduce anything that hold a copyright. Most rod builders understand the policy that we have to follow and others seem to get a little perturbed about it (some more than a little does). Weekly, we have customers that do what we tell them to, to obtain permission, and they find it easy to do so. The permission has been granted

I would also like to say it was great to meet everyone that came by the Decal Connection booth that I have never met before, and it was wonderful to catch up with those that I have known for years.
