This rod was made By Mathias "Hirs", a rod builder in germany, who I met at the German Rod builders gathering at CMW-Fishing Store, I have seen many Carbon Handles from around the Globe, but this one beats them all, absolute prezised work and a finish like no other, you can not see where it goes over to the blank, and this is only his 10th grip, made from Carbon. This rod was made By Mathias "Hirs", a rod builder in germany, who I met at the German Rod builders gathering at CMW-Fishing Store, I have seen many Carbon Handles from around the Globe, but this one beats them all, absolute prezised work and a finish like no other, you can not see where it goes over to the blank, and this is only his 10th grip, made from Carbon. The West Virginia River Monster from the Mon River Jeremy Wade has not caught this one yet. Blank:CMW 8 ft. 4 pc. 3 oz. Casting weight. Rattle snake skin, but a true skin no scales or hide, it is very thin.

My better half wanted a Salmon rod in Blue and gold. Butt cap and all the checks are Brass, machined be my self, the Wood is; Curly Maple from West Virginia, Reel seat; Alps and the Blank is a Harrison Stalker 3 pc 10 ft.
