For the TPST, they now recommend the TFST. For the PST, the MGST or MNST tops.
They are coming out with a TMNST with a size 6 ring in 4 to 6.5 tubes.

We do have about 30 of each of the L (20lb) and M (30lb) left. They are first quality Lamiglas blanks with the Lamiglas decals. We currently have them listed on our @#$%& store and have one of each up for @#$%&. I just cut the price in half (from $99 each to $49 each) on both of those models. They can be purchased through our @#$%& store or calling us directly. If you have any questions abou

Harold,
We, like I'm sure most other supply companies, are more than happy to special order items. In fact, just about every shipment from Pac Bay that we get has onesies and twosies of items that we don't normally stock. Pac Bay and Batson are both usually a day shipping for us, and we place orders pretty regularly, so the delay shouldn't be that noticeable.
If you'd like some help, give us

AC,
The TLSG are the Concept style guides. They are a little bit lighter than the TSG style. The matching casting guides for the TLSG are the TUNSG (single foot casting style) and the TLNSG guides. The matching casting guides for the TSG guides are the TNSG guides.

Eric,
Reorganizing the categories (consolidating some and splitting some out along with the display order) are on my list of things to do. We are working on taking as many pictures as possible and will be putting those up as we get them done. Another thing on my to-do list is adding pictures for individual colors, sizes, etc...
Regarding your question on cork grading, the grades that we use a

One thing you have to pay attention to is the diameter of the guide. If I remember correctly, the REC recoil guides were a bit smaller in diameter both the wire size and the 'loop' size. This was a couple years ago, so I don't know if the specs have changed or not. Does anybody have some snakes handy to check?

I'm going to agree with Bill Falconer on this. The Lamiglas XMG50 blanks are very nice, light, fast blanks. The feel of it reminded me of a Sage XP.

If you want the best cork possible, try getting ahold of some non-bleached cork. For some reason, the rodbuilding industry likes the bleached cork. The problem with that is sometimes that can hide a lot of the holes. The cork grading scale is long overdue. This can put everybody on a 'level playing field' as far as knowing what you're going to get.

15. Re: Thread sizes
Depends. Is the trim band integrated in the main wrap, or does it start after the main wrap finishes. If the trim is inside the main wrap, I'd go with size D. Much easier to work with when the thread is the same size. If it starts after the main wrap finishes, it's up to you.
