hello guy & girls, i have a client wanting me build him a 7 foot spinning rod, he's planing to use it for more like a drop shot rod and finesse worm. he said he would like a blank with a softer tip but get back bone quick. he also would like this hole rod as light as posible. can any one give me any sugestions. thank's, rick fulkerson

thank's guys, i just went back and checked and it seems alittle better.yuo can still leave a nail print but it will go away. i'll keep an eye on it hope it does ok. have any of you tried the thread master from andy. i tried to give him a call today but he must have been buisy. but i'll try again. just wondered what kind of results came from this finish. you

the divided cups are the one like you buy from colleen at acid rods. they look like they came off the top of night quil.

hello, i'am in need of help again. to start with i'am useing flex coat hi build and pac bay rodsmith finishs. i am useing the small divided cups to mesure and stir in, the finish goes on fine but after 24 hr. its not taky to the touch but you can press your nail in to the wrap and it will leave a print . this is real agervating. please guys tell me what im doing wrong and how do i fix my flub up

hello, i'am farly new to rod building and i was just wondering if any one has tried putting a small sodering iron on the ring of the tiptop and aplied presure untill it pulled off.i don't if this will work just wondered if any one has tried it .i know it might be a dumb question but i thoght if it keep me from making a dumb mistake it would be worth it. by the way i just wanted to say i think th
