I've been reading on various fly fishing forums that folks are using Gorilla Glue to glue up cork rings. Any experience? Comments?

An article yesterday or today stated that the Excise Tax on domestic rods would be reduced to a flat $10 per rod....will that effect us or does anyone have any further information?

I have a customer who is a tournament caster who asked if I could build him a 9 or 9.5 foot fiberglass fly rod in 6 wt. I have been unable to locate anyone who carries such a blank. Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted. Thanks in advance.
