I have a customer who is a tournament caster who asked if I could build him a 9 or 9.5 foot fiberglass fly rod in 6 wt. I have been unable to locate anyone who carries such a blank. Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted. Thanks in advance. Re: Looking for a Blank

Spinning blanks will work. Line weight over 16 in a fraction will get you in the ball park when looking at the lure weight. Maybe a salmon blank ? Re: Looking for a Blank

Angler's Workshop had some S-glass Lamiglas blanks, 8 1/2 and 9 ft last time I was in. Thanks for the suggestions......
