Question re. Fuji Concept guides

What is the difference between the Fuji Concept Ti alloy/SiC guides and the (standard?) Fuji Ti/SiC guides. Specifically how does the Concept TLSG single foot fly and TLNSG double foot guides compare to the TSG and TNSG Ti/SiC guides? What does the "L" in the designation mean? Why would I want to use one type and not the other?

Thanks

The L means Light. The Concept guides are slightly lighter and shorter I do believe.

The TLSG and TLNSG are lighter, having thinner frames. The rings are a more recent design with a smoother profile and I believe more secure.

The TLSG sits closer to the blank than the equivalent TSG and has a shorter leg. With a Forhan locking wrap, I think it's just as secure in a wrap.

The legs on the TLNSG meet the ring at a higher point than the TNSG, again a smoother profile.

The TSG and TNSG have the titanium gray matte finish whereas the TLSG and TLNSG are a brushed satin silver color and I believe a different titanium alloy. Both are non-corrosive.

You can get TGGs and TNGG whereas you cannot get TLGGs or TLNGGs. (Though I'm trying.)

Here's a link that shows the Concept guides:
