Phlox grips

Could anyone who has installed the phlox grips give me any feedback on their sucess or failure? The phlox is put over a cork grip by some sort of electrostatic process, and I wonder how they hold up in terms of remaining secure on the cork, and how they feel while fishing? Any information would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

If you are referring to "flocked" grips, they are quite durable and used on some the largest heavy duty offshore rods you can imagine. I suppose it is possible to get a bad one depending upon the manufacturer, but most I am aware of are quite tough and wear like iron.

They do not get slick no matter what you get on them. Great grips!
