Could anyone who has installed the phlox grips give me any feedback on their sucess or failure? The phlox is put over a cork grip by some sort of electrostatic process, and I wonder how they hold up in terms of remaining secure on the cork, and how they feel while fishing? Any information would be helpful. Thanks in advance. Sanford Hochman Re: Phlox grips

If you are referring to "flocked" grips, they are quite durable and used on some the largest heavy duty offshore rods you can imagine. I suppose it is possible to get a bad one depending upon the manufacturer, but most I am aware of are quite tough and wear like iron. ....................... Re: Phlox grips

They do not get slick no matter what you get on them. Great grips! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
