Over the years I have ended up with older components like reelseats and guides.
I hate to just throw them out. Any ideas? Scott Re: Old components

These components do not have a shelf life. However, they most likely have been replaced by better designs. You just have to determine if you want to use them or go with the more modern stuff. Guides especially have changed a lot and I would not consider, in most cases, going back to those thick, ugly, rings or huge ring diameters. Re: Old components

You can take photos of the components and offer them for sale as a vintage lot. OR
Donate them to some newbies for practice, OR If they don't take up much room keep them, some one may want a old rod repaired or restored and you may have what he needs. OR you can hoard them because they are neat and let your heirs deal with them after you go to the "BIG POND" in the sky. Have fun . Re: Old components

Hello Scott, Any chance you may have these guides by FUJI BLBLG, BNLGH, BHNLG, BHNOG or these by PAC-BAY BBSG and BSHG. Please email me if you want to sell. Thank you. Dennis J. Danku (Sayreville,NJ) Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
