Madeira thread - Marine Corps colors

I am currently working with a client on a Marine Corps build. I have searched the archives for the USMC colors but I havent see anything regarding to Madeira thread numbers. Does anyone have a hex to Madeira conversion chart?

He is looking for an American flag butt wrap with his name, rank, dates of service along with the USMC emblem and his stripes. I have created the image to use for the label. I assume Decal Connection can take a image file and create a label from it? I have water slide paper but my printer tends to print stuff on the lighter side.
