RX10’s, Justace threads, and a new building season

Because of much more important family, job, and other commitments, I tend to mostly build from November through April. It’s been fun this week to start to get orders arriving. I love the Spring through early Autumn seasons, but building season is nice to start, too. I’m starting with RX10 blanks, and the quality continues to impress. I ordered a spool of the new Justace thread selection from Casey at Voodoo Rods. I’m interested in user experiences as I’ve been augered into the non-treated Fuji Ultra Poly for several years. I’ve developed a routine of colors, and pigmented finish that I really like with it. The Justace Dull product appears to be a NCP treated thread. I’m going for a blend into the sanded RX10 blank look with guide feet hidden. I’ve ordered some marbeling pigments to test with it. Again, it’s a new brand to me, and I seldom use treated thread. Any thoughts or advice?

I have recently used the Justace Metallic thread on 2 builds and it is a game changer compared to the previous metallics I've used.

Absolutely no thread memory and the core of the thread is colored like the rest of the thread. It handles like a dream and wraps incredibly well. I couldn't believe how much better of a product it was over the other metallic offerings I've tried.

It’s good to know this. Some metallic will be on my next order.
