I just got my RodMaker 26-5 magazine put back together after leaving it on the roof of my 3 days ago, of coarse it rained “Hard” that night, and I came back to the car around 1100 the next morning only to find it laying in a pile by the right rear tire of my car still soaking wet, so I took it inside and immediately tried to get the staples out without tearing it up to much, did I say all the staples, all 4 of them (Tom Believes in security).

Well, I got them out, too bad I can’t say there was no damage, I then carefully separated the pages and laid them on a flat table to dry overnight.

Well, they didn’t dry as flat as I hoped they would and the staple damage was more evident now so I took some masking tape and taped the inside of the pages so it would not show so bad I put the pages back together in their right order.

As you might guess the pages were still swollen and wrinkled from when they were wet and were not co-operating.

They weren’t folding right to re-staple, so I folded them as well as I could and laid 3 “Full” 4inch binders on top of them and left them for this morning, when I got around to it I took 8 binder clips and clipped it down so the pages would not shift while stapling them.

At this point I Stapled them 8 times. (It’s actually legible).
