If roller guides are not stamped with neither brand or size, how do you determine the size of the roller guide? How do you measure? I noticed some listed as sizes 3, 4, and then you go to another brand and you might have 31, 41, 51 . . . Re: Measuring Roller Guides

Reggie,
While I have not inexperienced the drastic dimensional differences in roller guide sizing that you suggest, simply ask the intended supplier what their ‘sizes’ actually represent for your particular application / build. If they cannot afford you with a proper answer = look elsewhere. I am very fond of All American Roller Guides and Steve and / or Laurie Gustlin will answer ANY question you might possibly pose = quality product, quality service, quality people!!! There is no standard for roller guide sizing. Companies use their own system to donate the relative sizes of their particular guides.
