If the mods see this, I tried creating photo accounts. I can create the account, but there is no email to confirm registration, so I cannot upload photos.

I checked all spam and junk folders, even tried on a second email address to see if there was a mistake with my first attempt.

You need to register with your actual first and last name just as you did here.

I think I understand now, do the user names need to match realize I left the "B" out of my user name... tried again and will see if I get the email.

They don't have to match - the photo page is not part of this forum. I have always suggested using the same names so that you have one less log-in to remember.

Then site shows you registered and you should be able to upload photos. They need to be jpg format and try not to upload very large images. The internet is a low resolution medium and many photo sites won't process images above a certain file size. You should see an "upload photos" button along the top of the menu bar. Hit that and follow the prompts.

From what I can see there your browser version is not fully supported so you may wish to update it. Hopefully that's the issue. You can also try logging in with another browser and see if you get the full page.

I'm running Chrome - fully up to date -Chrome is up to date
Version 115.0.5790.102 (Official Build) (x86_64)

I tried in Chrome incognito window and have the same options, with no upload button.

I tried in an updated Safari browser and still have the same options with no upload button.

The photo software is working fine and it sends the same page to everyone. All I can recommend is clearing your cache and refreshing the page. Maybe your browser is bringing up an older, cached page.

Tried on my work computer on Edge, still the same image I sent you before.

It feels to me like I've got temporary access still. Have not received any kind of verification email. Is there a step in the email that would allow the upload button to appear?

You will have to register first. Neither your name or email shows having been entered into that photo page's registration database.
