I would not expect the same level of attention that this site had when Tom owned it. Those days are over. Move on. On the other hand, the new owner is making some changes and maybe this is causing the issue. But even still all you have to do most times is just reload the page and it will come up as it should. I get the notice every now and then but it is not a major issue for me. I just reload the page and things seems OK. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 06/09/2023 08:00PM by Mike Ballard. I dropped a note to the owner and I suspect he'll get it taken care of.

Thanks Everyone -
I was made aware of the issue about a day ago and we are troubleshooting, currently not sure what is causing it. I will report back once a fix has been implemented. Aleks Re: Website Issues?

Mike,
Not sure that I agree with this comment :-) I would argue that is gets more attention - still from Tom and a few other people. Did not mean it as a slight. I know you have a blank manufacturing operation to run and might be busy with other things. Re: Website Issues?

Dear All,
It looks like we have found the culprit behind the 403 errors and have resolved the issue - Let me know if you are getting an error by replying to this thread. Best, Aleks Re: Website Issues?

Hello Everyone,
There was some server updates done several days ago, which caused a conflict in the way the web service ran and with the Web Application Firewall (WAF). It gets technical, so I won't bother to explain it all - but it took quite a bit of hunting to figure this out. Due to the nature of the log file error messages, I thought we had it figured out but realized it was still intermittently giving some of you a 403 Forbidden error. Which is odd, in itself. Had to do some more digging and discovered this conflict. I am pretty sure that the issue has been fixed. I apologize for the inconvenience and irritation some (perhaps even most) of you were feeling. Sometimes, bugs just creep in, and it can take some time to figure them out. I am monitoring things presently to ensure we have caught the bug and squished it! Ian Re: Website Issues?

I have not experienced any issues today (6/11/23) with either the website or the IOS App. Thanks to all who assisted in responding to this issue.
In future if issues are noticed what is the preferred route to notify folks to take a look? Re: Website Issues?

It seems to be working better now, but it was definitely more than a simple reload for me. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
