I just wanted to say thanks to all the people that keep this place running, all the people handling the day to day site and tech stuff, all the sponsors, and all the posters. I'm new at this whole rod building thing and I'm grateful there's a place like this with people willing to take the time to share their experiences and thoughts to help others grow and learn. I've been part of other forums (music forums) that have died, I lost a lot of work (writings) I posted there and connections with people on the forum - it was devastating when one random day the site was just dead.

Everyone from the people who run the show to the financial supporters, tech support, regular folk just posting here and everyone in between is helping to keep this art form alive - so thank you.

If you know the 20+ year history of this site then you know it was all done and kept running by just one person --- Tom Kirkman. He sold it maybe a half year ago and we all hope it will continue as it has for the last 20+ years.

Yup , Toms the man . What baffles me is that even though he sold it to be able to have more time for other things he's still here just as much as ever lol.
