Ok silly question about factory decals…

Can you folks tell just by looking at an included factory decal what kind you are dealing with? Or do you just know from past experience with each manufacturer?
For example, I have a few new NFC blanks (which I was under the impression were the press and peel away transferable type decals), but to me they appear to be the more common peel and stick labels… Re: Ok silly question about factory decals…

Yes, but the instructions that come with them are helpful too. I think you have nailed the two types that are in use today. Re: Ok silly question about factory decals…

The NFC label is a sandwich type of label. You peel away the bottom layer to stick the label to the blank. The top layer allows you burnish the label to tightly affix it to the blank and to remove any bubbles without damaging the label. Then the top layer is peel off. It is not a common peel and stick label, unless they have changed their label.

I believe the NFC decals are from Decal Connection. I need to put an order in for some more silver ones. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
