Hey Guys,
I'm building myself a couple new spinning rods for sight casting Cobia and would like to use the Fuji RV-H in my guide train. I haven’t built a rod with these guides before and I'm not certain what size/spacing I should be using with these guides. I was hoping someone here might be able to help me. I've "googled" and the best I have come up with are the following recommendations off the anglers resource site: -RV25H, RV16H, KW10M or -RV20H, RV16H, KW12M The setups will be: Blank: 7’ Rainshadow Judge Reel: Shimano Saragosa 6000 Line: 50lb Power Pro Slick If anyone could help me with me the correct guides and spacing for this setup that would be fantastic. Thanks, Dan Re: Fuji RV-H Guide Train Help

The RV25H to RV16H to KW10M makes sense to me based on height.
RV20H , RV16H, KW12M does not make sense to me based on height. If using the RV20H, I might think about using RV20H, KW12M, KW10M. With a large reel and heavy braid I think the RV25H reduction train might be a better choice. On a 7’ rod the reduction train will be short, maybe about 20 to 22” total with the stripper at least 22 to 24” in front of the spool. I don’t build this type of rod, reel and line combination, but I do think such a guide train will work. Runners will be in the size of your choosing. Good luck. Norm Re: Fuji RV-H Guide Train Help
