I am helping my local Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing chapter with their rod building sessions this winter. In case you don’t know, PHWFF works with disabled vets to teach them fly fishing, including fly tying and rod building.
The blanks we are getting this year are Pac Bay Arctos blanks, I have 15 participants going to build a rod I am looking for a contact name at Pac Bay who can provide me with the guide spacing for the Arctos line. We are getting rods blanks from 4 WT to 10WT. Last year I was able to find the Quickline Spacing on their website. This year there is no Arctos spacing. I just want Pac Bay to verify that they either do or do not have the spacing yet. If any one else is helping with the PHWFF rodbuilding, I would welcome any sharing of info. I am working on a schedule of what we will do and when. Thanks Bert Nagy Re: Pac Bay

Just tried it. I don’t know enough of the parameters that it requires. We are getting kits with the guides, reel seats, etc: They will not be delivered until January:
Funny thing is Pac Bay has spacing charts on that same website for their other lines, - Quickline, Traditions II, etc, but not for Arctos. Thanks for trying Lance. Bert Re: Pac Bay
