Would a blank made out of carbon fiber like the Rod Geeks blanks be better then a a blank like Rainshadow that is made out of RX 7 Graphite. I am looking for a good Crankbaitbait blank in the 7 to 7.4 length for fishing 1/4 to 3/4 baits in Med/Med power or Med/heavy not sure whitch one would be best any idea's

either one will work just fine now then the question is are you going to be using any crankbaits with a extremely large lip, deep divers? if so then I would opt for a med heavy and up the lure weight to 3/8- 1 ounce.
both have a blank in that range there is a bout a 20.00 difference in price unless you go to top line with either blank then they get on the expensive side The best day to be alive is always tomorrow !! Think out side the box when all else fails !!! Wi. Re: Carbin Fiber or RX 7 Graphite Blank ?????

Glenn
If your question is carbon fiber vs graphite, the names are synonymous within the context of rod blank material. Re: Carbin Fiber or RX 7 Graphite Blank ?????

Mr. McMurrian,
I would suggest checking out our catalog pages 28, 32, and 48. There are several crank bait blanks to choose from, both graphite and glass (and hybrid.) I've listed a link to the current catalog below. Take care. [www.batsonenterprises.com] -The Batson TEAM BatsonEnterprises.com Re: Carbin Fiber or RX 7 Graphite Blank ?????

Agree with Don; graphite is a carbon material. What people think of as carbon fiber is usually how it is woven together in its signature checkerboard pattern. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
