Hi All,
I just applied the final finish coat to rod I have been working on. In the dragon wrap portion I wound up with a blemish. Is it possible to only epoxy a portion of a butt wrap? Re: Final finish coat

scuff the blem lightly and apply a touch of finish it will blend in and won't be noticeable The best day to be alive is always tomorrow !! Think out side the box when all else fails !!! Wi. Re: Final finish coat

I would simply fix the blemish and put another coat over the whole thing. I think that trying to blend the two areas may not be effective. If you have natural "stop" for one section, like the end of a decal or something like that, then there is logic in seeing a change in the level of the finish, and a clean line becomes acceptable to the eye. Otherwise, I don't think partial coverage will work well enough. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
