Gents, in my haste to get a coat of epoxy on before the end of the weekend, I epoxied over some small sharpie marks on the blank that were left over from my first attempt at a new butt wrap. I'm thinking I'll let it dry a couple of days than go at each of them lightly with some 600 grit and alcohol until I can remove them. The next coat of epoxy should hide the sanding, correct? Any other suggestions (besides patience)? Re: Not Paying Attention

acetone will remove them quickly unless they are or have been coated .
sanding will do it if they have been coated but you have to get down to the surface where you placed them . That is why most prefer to use a piece of tape for a marker. and remember it isn't a race but a work in progress and no need to rush it and the result will be the best The best day to be alive is always tomorrow !! Think out side the box when all else fails !!! Wi. Re: Not Paying Attention

gentle heat, abrasion with a popsicle stick, and denatured alcohol should clean it right off while protecting your blank Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
