Has anyone built, or thought of a guide system that fuses the two concepts of ATC Microwave and Fuji KR?

Take this post as a spin-off of another post I made couple days ago.
I think both Microwave and KR concept have a point of their own. I love how the Microwave chokes the line early at the second guide, and how KR concept retains the conventional straight-pipe (a.k.a. bull's eye) layout. Fuji's tangle-free frames also look gorgeous. Has anyone tried to fuse those two conepts together yet? Adopting a very small second/third guide into a KR reduction train would do, I guess. Ofc that's gonna change the angle and length of the cone of flight. For those who say it's best to tape the guides and test cast...... I'm writing all this here because I'm stuck in an apartment and I need a way to let off these ideas other than building stuff in my beloved garage which I miss! Edited 1 time(s). It was fine (as this are on my personal rod I only want the best LOL).
But you must kept in mind : I use very fine braid (PE0.6) fine tippet (4/8lbs) and I pay attention to my leader/braid knot (I tie FG knot). Reel is à Daiwa 2004 size (high end). On my go to rod I use Torzite Guide (size/size ID of ring is larger than on Alconite or Sic guides). The stripper should be 22" to 25" from reel stem. ________________________________________ @+ Eric [www.emfishing.fr] Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 12/11/2016 02:22AM by Eric MONTACLAIR. With smaller reels and braid below about 10# many builders choose the 16 stripper. I have seen it on larger reels and heavier line and it seems to work but I feel better about a size 20 stripper when I get above 15# braid or 8# mono. On short (6'6" and below) rods I prefer larger strippers taller than 50mm no matter what lb line I use because their height and ring diameter let them sit close to the reel and spread the guides more evenly throughout the whole blank. Maybe I'll choose the 16H if the reel is size 1000. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 12/14/2016 03:58AM by Frank Gyan. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
