I need to find a place here on the West Coast where I can get a Sage X 590-4 blank. The supplier I used for many years has moved back East. They list the blank as "Special Order" with a shipping time of 3 weeks. I called Sage, and they gave me a name and number for someone else that might be able to tell me where I can order the blank from. I have tried to call them, left messages and sent emails. Is there a West Coast distributer that does Sage rod blanks at wholesale and won't take a month to get the blank? Mike Bradfrod R.M.B. Fishing Rods Nampa, Idaho Re: Sage X 590-4 blank

Canada Rodbuilder Supply has been a good source for Sage for me over the years, 2 days to me in Oregon usually. Re: Sage X 590-4 blank

I think I might know the supplier of whom you speak...I use them as well and have ordered several X blanks from them.
Don't take this as a guarantee, but I ordered a 590-4 a few weeks ago and it said allow 3 weeks and I got it in a few days. Just ordered another plus a 486-4 and they arrived in about a week. I guess times could vary, but I've never waited 3 weeks for anything, even if it said to allow for it. Steve Re: Sage X 590-4 blank

Thanks Steve. I finally got in contact with the person Sage told me to call. I now have a place about 10 minutes from me that will order blanks straight from Sage, and have them in 3 to 4 days. Mike Bradfrod R.M.B. Fishing Rods Nampa, Idaho Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
