Tooth brush and simple green and rinse water after cleaning.
Also, with some cork of today, some pit filler for the filler that gets scrubbed out of the cork. I generally use Elmer's wood filler in "light oak: color for natural colored cork. Be safe Re: Cleaning Cork

Corky
Dawn dish soap and soft tooth brush is what I use. Equally important, and more so if it is a cork grip on a fly rod, is to let the cork thoroughly air dry before returning the rod section to its bag and tube. Moisture in or on a rod stored in a dark place, such as a bar and tube, is an invitation for some very bad things to happen. Re: Cleaning Cork

Best thing I have found is isopropyl alcohol and a rag. Rub it until it is clean and it will dry quickly like new in seconds. Re: Cleaning Cork

Actually, Windex glass cleaner and a tooth brush also works very well for this as well as many other cleaning chores.

I use Cork Magic put out by Wilson Fraisor, otherwise know as the Professor. Stuff works great. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
