Does anyone know when/if the cp called 'Brilliance' will be sold again now that Clemens is gone?

I may be wrong, but I believe that just before Clemens went out the formula of Brilliance was changed and it was pretty much similar if not identical to what is sold as Gudebrod 811. I don't have any chemical data to support this, but the bottle I tried from a fellow rod builder smelled and looked the same as the 811. Not really a scientific way to tell for sure, but as far as my eyes and nose go, they're about the same thing.

I think Gudebrod 811 was "cut" with a solvent (denatured alcohol), and that Brilliance II was "purer" or "concentrated" and you had to "cut" it yourself. Straight from teh bottle, Brilliance II was too thick, whereas I could use the 811S as is from Day 1. Since I bought it directly from Dick at a seminar, I did not get a bad bottle, and what I stated here is pretty much what Dick told us the difference was.

If he couldn't make it with Dale Clemens good name behind him, I doubt he can make it on his own. Just my .02
