Just received 4 16 oz. MHX mugs from Mudhole, they were on sale. Being that the lids are an interference fit instead of screwed on they may not survive dropping without a mess, that said for the price they want, including shipping to Oregon, not a bad deal. A Starbucks coffee is more expensive. Re: MHX Thermal Mugs

My father took the one I got a couple years ago. He still uses it without any problems. Re: MHX Thermal Mugs

They aren't bad mugs, I love the green color, however I hate that the green color is peeling off and leaves bits of green all over my darn truck when I use it. Both of the mugs that I have are peeling. It keeps my coffee warm for a good bit, I took one out duck hunting last fall, as you can imagine, the coffee didn't stay warm for long. Keep in mind that it was 12 degrees that day. They don't perform like a thermos but they are not meant to do that.
Overall, am satisfied with what I paid for them. If I had paid full price, not so much so. Tom Re: MHX Thermal Mugs

Maybe you can clear coat the outside to keep it from pealing Bill - willierods.com Re: MHX Thermal Mugs
