Looking to build an acid wrap jigging rod . Havent built one before so im taking suggestions on blank/length/guides. Ill be on a private boat with just me and another guy. Will probably be in the 100-150ft max depth. Should handle 5-10oz jigs. I really have no idea on the ideal length, but my brain says 6ft or so? Was thinking the Rainshadow RCKJB600-210, But wanted to get some suggestions. Lighter the better

Appreciate any info you can provide

I just got done building on 4 of those blanks this winter, but have not fished them yet.
They are really nice, have a nice bend to them.
Just give Kerry @ Batson a call as I did, as he helped me chose the blanks for the fish I will target with, (Albacore Tuna)

As for the guides, I used the Alps XN series, also spiral wrapped.

Sorry not much more help then that,

The rainshadow knife jig blanks are great. Another option is the seeker Hercules blanks. Good luck
